How to make an arb using the 0-0 refund some bookmakers offer?
Typically this refund is only applicable to CS / First&Last Goalscorer / HTFT markets.
Besides putting the 1-0 and 0-1 at the bookmaker offering the refund and putting above 1.5 goals on e.g. betfair I couldn't come further.

that's not an arb. If the match ends 0-0 you get refund of the bets in 1-0 and 0-1 but you lose the over1.5...meaning you lose like 80% of the bet.
