I suffer from Gambling addiction, as stated to 1xbet multiple times (I have all the evidences if needed).
In the past I was able to open an account, then my account was permanently closed on my request due to addiction, then other account was created, later closed, and finally I created a 3rd account using same computer/network in name of my GF.

1xbet was liable as they detected all of those accounts, and they always merged my accounts - never offered me any refund of my deposit sum of any of those accounts.
They knew I was gambling addicted and they didn't protect me from registering neither depositing neither playing in their site.

My accounts are: 33569245 142169369 and 26259987.
Also, I had requested multiple times my transaction history and it was always denied to me.

I expect 1xbet to refund me the deposit sum of any of the secundary accounts.

When I was growing up, in a world which doesnt exist anymore if you were dumb enough to do some stupid things you would take resposibility of what you've done as YOU ARE AN ADULT and that means you have to be responsible for what you are doing. Now people depositing money into a bookie account and cry "oh bookie should protect me". I wonder would you cry if you WON there? I doubt it. Do you go to the store selling knives and sue them that you bought a knife and cut yourselves?

Btw. what does it mean "they knew I was gambling addicted"? From the point of view of law, what is "gambling addicted" first of all, did you provide them any medical statement saying you are? Cause if not every single person who lost could complain "im addicted refund my deposit".

Yes, I did provide them with a medical report. Regarding to their terms, they shouldn't allow multiple accounts - when people have multiple accounts and have some profit, they cancel all the bets on it, right?
So, if you lose money they allow you to use 2 3 4 5 6 accounts? They do because they act against their license and their terms. They didn't comply with their responsible gaming policy.
