A few questions [B365.es|UK Sites for High Deposits + Tax]

Thu Sep 15, 2022 8:36 pm

Hello there! :)

So I was wondering if there are some users who are in a similar boat as me and would be able to help me with some questions:

1) Bet365 in Spain

As I understand, B365 has put in some stupid geolocks at the moment, it's very hard to access the site. I'm a very technical person, and I've pretty much exhausted everything other then expensive residential proxies. I use a friend's PC and login through their computer to use their account. That's the only way I found. Anyone have any other suggestions?

2) UK Bookmakers with high deposit limits

So some behind the scenes, I used to bet with B365 around 2-3 years ago, I bet in total volume of around £3 million GBP, until my account was blocked because they kept wanting more and more proof (at first I used to fake bank statements and edit them using a PDF editor, and create fake work slips etc) - my income was mainly from parents and work.

I then moved to SkyBet/Ladbrokes/Betfair etc, but they have all limited my monthly deposit to £500 because I am under 25 years old, and due to the new laws there's some sort of limit for younger people. I did before this, once again submit fake information to some sites but they have all been replaced with this new law. Does anyone know of any bookmakers that would accept people from the UK, and has good in play? I bet a lot on European Basketball/Volleyball etc, and really would need good inplay books.

I normally deposit around £4000 a month, pretty much everything from my job, so looking at this kind of platform. I also have a negative deposit rate, so I spent around £35000 on SkyBet, £40000 on B365, maybe around £10000 (so if anyone has any books that want to make money from me, well let me know) on other sites but my habits are besides the point of this post.

3) Spanish Tax Laws

Right, at the moment one of my workarounds is using my Spanish friend account. I normally send them money for any losses, and so far, they're down £9000 over maybe 6-7 months, and all of that money I have reimbursed to them. Do they need to pay any tax, or are they okay? (in the b365 panel, you can see the account is in negative, however, on their bank account, there is no change because I am always sending them the money for the losses)

Thanks for all your help!

Do you understand that you broke half of the criminal code of at least 2 countries?

to use Uk bookmakers as a UK citizen nowadays for large betting, you must be able to prove to them with much financial evidence that you can afford this activity, even if you are able to provide them with this information? if this account is a winning account then very soon they will limit you despite providing them with all the financial proof...in the old days you needed none of this and large bets/deposits/withdrawals were a regular part of the job for a UK arber

even betfair who want you as a loser insist of a whole lot of screenshots on a regular basis proving that you are winning on the bookmakers side to counter the betfair losses on that particular market, often suspending your account depositing until they are satisfied.

and what laws would that be?

UK wise, as far as I know, I'm not the first person nor the last to use a PDF editing program, and apart from it being immoral I doubt it breaks any serious laws as I'm not exactly defrauding anyone.

Spain wise, no laws broken?

there is a few UK websites who will sell you "copy" pay slips, utility bills, yearly earnings statements etc for £15 per copy, they sell them as "novelty" items with a disclaimer if you wish to use these for any other reason......I tried this once and got a P60, a yearly earnings statement which was done perfectly with myself providing all the inputed information (figures).......I decided against using it as don't trust the bookmakers, too scared they'd steal my money but for sure there will be guys using these "fake document" sites to continue their arbing careers

Any law enforcement agency would call that a forgery I believe.

for sure this would be deemed illegal if there was an attempt to profit illegally but if no actual fraud where actual money is being stolen were taking place then are law enforcement agencies interested?.....as i said there are many websites in the UK who offer this service from what i can make out people use these services to show they earn more than they actually do for various reasons like to show they can afford their rental payments or to increase the amount of loans they can borrow if they wish to purchase house/car etc.

I didn't use this not because I was that bothered about breaking the law but did not want to have a large winning account with a bookmaker who then decided to have another look at my account/ fake documents and confiscated my funds, I just felt it was too risky because in a very short time an arbing account can grow to very large sums.

sure to use fake documents is not legal but law enforcement agencies have bigger fish to deal with than someone using fake documents soley so he can continue to bet with a particular bookmaker.
