Arbusers

I am in the Dominican Republic and wondering if anyone is arbing from Caribbe/Latin America ? It is proving harder to obtain Dominican bona fides than originally thought, and I have serious doubts about the usual books accepting the "veracity" of Dominican ID's, long term.

I experimented last summer from Canada using a UK ID, and a proxy server, was careful and made good progress, avoiding any large blunders, and have a theoretical goal of perhaps $500/monthly.

I don't think that there is arbing community in DR.

Thanks, Nick, ...I was also told there was a heavy ex pat British community here but it is nowhere near the north coast where I am and apparently is almost entirely composed of retired seniors who wouldnt want to know in my view. The main nationalities around here are Canadian, and American, both uber- no online ...arbitrage countries.
