I've heard that Pinnacle doesn't restrict players who use sure betting and positive EV. Is that true? And are there other bookmakers with a similar approach of being more tolerant of smart players?

No, there is not. Pinnacle, and Exchanges. Thats it. Everyone else will limit you for winning, and especially arbing.

A very general answer would be ''Pinnacle is arbitrage friendly'' and ''winners accepted''. This is valid for the vast of the smart bettors. However, we have cases of smart bettors who are able to beat pinnacle in various sports and especially tennis. These bettors are discouraged from continuing with Pinnacle.
