Arbusers

Are they going same way as some companies introducing dumb bots to cut customer service costs? Was gonna speak to someone but got redirected to bot which doesnt work at all, doesnt even reply, all I see is "bot typing" for ages. Im extreme disappointed and upset about such behaviour, there are urgent cases should be resolved immediately and forcing customers to speak to a bot is unacceptable to me.

AC has seemed to have dropped in overall quality as a broker recently im on course to switching to another agent.

You guys are simply laughable. You don't like a bookmaker because of the customer service. The only reason for me not to use them is their odds and their platform (AsianOdds) that is no longer comparable to Black from Betinasia.

Betinasia doesn't allow customers from all countries... sadly I am in one of those banned one.

I'd rather not say, but you can assume UK. Now I use Asianodds88s API services, but it is all but pleasant to work with. Are there any other broker you know about/could recommend that offers e.g. Pinnacle based odds over an API for UK citizens/residents?
