Which bookies not covered by Rebelbetting would you concider the best for arbing (manually)? I am interested on the ones creating arbs with Pinnacle (mainly) and the exchanges.
Probably Bet770 is one of them... Any other ideas/favorite ones?

The last time I used Bet770 I had many manual arbs quite easily. If I understood right, nowadays you have a problem IF you ask for their bonus. Then you are trapped with your money in there. If you do not ask for it will you be still limited to 0 after 2 bets?
I am trying to find here 2-3 bookies for manual arbing (with Pinnacle or BF). A handful of bets per day.
