Same thing with Malta, if I'm not mistaken - a Maltese-registered betting company couldn't take Maltese residents.

malta you just need to ask Economic Self Sufficiency
I made all papers with lawyer, below his email and after he will take care of everything so that you pay the cheapest in tax
the application for your Tax Registration Number in Malta has to be done online. I need from you the following:
1. Date of arrival in Malta.
2. Copy of the lease agreement (rent contract).
3. Copy of your passport – .
4. Copy of your birth certificate.
Residence Card
The documents required for the Residence Card application are:
1. Copy of Passport (page with photo and personal details)
2. Birth Certificate with translation into English
3. Copy of Lease Agreement signed by landlord/landlady
4. Rental Declaration signed by landlord/landlady (see attached form)
5. Copy of Maltese ID Card of landlord/landlady
6. Health Insurance that covers you in Malta and this needs to be a Private Hospital Plan
7. Bank Statements showing a balance of €14K
As soon as I have the above requested information, I shall be able to register you for Income Tax in Malta and also prepare the application forms for your Residence Card.
My fees for the work to be done are as follows:

I'd personally suggest most countries in Latin America. But it depends on the currency you are trading, i guess most of you dont want to be dealing with Chilean or Mexican pesos, or Peruvian soles, but euros.

Because mainly we are talking about European countries, is there any Asian country that could be a very good immigration - solution for someone? The cost of living is very low compared to European countries and there are also several bookmakers available. I do not know if it is easy with all ''papers'' etc . and maybe language is an additional problem but i wonder if there is such a country in Asia .

Re: Best country to migrate to in order to become a professional gambler
has anybody had experience with corporate accounts at a broker? what jurisdiction should be the most friendly for setting up such a business entity?
I imagine Bulgaria should be good, given the 10% tax rate. Or perhaps malta (effective 5%).

though in the case of bulgaria, if using bet brokers/agents is allowed, one wouldn't need a business entity I suppose.

Better ask one of the supported here agents, SM. Several years ago, under Maltese domicile, they were offered a corporate account for sure. As of 2019, they moved to the Isle of Man. Under that domicile (Isle of Man) for personal use (you), and for corporate purposes (your entity, SM as an agent, etc), suppose they maybe have solutions, better contact them. In case that registration via arbusers referral offers benefits for corporate kind of account, better ask the owner of the site prior to that.

Re: Best country to migrate to in order to become a professional gambler
I actually have spoken to SM. They do continue to offer corporate accounts. I suppose other agents do as well. I have been told that some folks are using it (corp accs), but got no info as to where these business entities have been incorporated. Meaning, jurisdictions friendly to a company that makes its profit from betting.
Would love some feedback from people who have done this long term.
What kind benefits for corporate kind of account does arbusers referral offer?

I only suppose that kind of referral here is possible. Personal accounts have better protection via arbusers. Read the forum. Just in case, talk to the owners. If there aren't such privileges for corporate accounts via arbusers, they may be planned, who knows...
