Most probably yes, I think he is talking about making arbitrage bet and using the bet builder for the same match... If you have 3 parameters in your builder and if you want to cover all possibilities, You can either lay all your bets but that will be hard then to make arb betting possible in this case.

Finding this opportunity manually will kill you mentally, emotionally, it will kill your time, it will become overwhelming... I dont think its worth, unless you create your own bot to scrape and analyze because i didnt see any bot out there that do such a thing.. Orrrr, maybe I wasnt looking good enough for it, idk
