Has anyboy some insights on this bookie since it seems to be pretty new.

Especially, can anyone share some ideas on how to effectively finish with the rollover requirements, since I can't see Bet3000 being part of any of the "traditional" arb alert services?

This book is reliable. They do pay. However, there are some questions about their bonus offers. If you select to take their bonus, you will se your account limited after 3-4 bets, making it a hell to finish with the roll over requirements.
BetOnValue is covering it very well.

25 euros any odds, if you are intelligent you can make the same some good arbs 

I heard from a couple off guys too, they got limited to 25€, then 5€ and had to play multiples with 3 bets or more. I never tested them. Are there good arbs? Because they have some offline stores in Germany.
