When I try to login I recieve the message that the account is suspended and to contact then with the reference code Actsta. On chat they say the account is suspended for security reasons and to call them for more details.

Or they will request postal code and documents.

I called them and they asked for:

1. account holder to make a photo holding another document than the one already registered near to the face.
2. the code from the letter sent at home.
3. the exact bets made.

Gladly that account was already limited and with no money on it .

I would guess problem was country of registration.

They sent to me and my friends an email telling me to change my password from time to time.
So they did have some security issues.

It's a basic safety tip that they send from time to time. Many other sites do the same. No reason to worry about security.

About the other issue maybe it's time for bet365 to move away from the soft book mentality but they still need to do some checks as they offer bonuses.

Hopefully over time these books will enable 2 factor authentication.  An excellent way to make an account very secure!

It's amazing it's not the norm already - very easy to add with the likes of google authenticate, and it must save so much hassle wrt hacked accounts.
