I would like to know if it's just me or everybody here but since two or three day (when bet365 make a new design of his website) i have really less betting option available in live-betting.

By example i was searching the BTTS line for several football in play but i dodn't find it and worst i just have 7 or 8 kinf of bet available now.

Yeap they redesign their interface to the worst imho!
The are using bigger size fonts , so less markets are covering more percentage of screen so you need to scroll down all the time to find the right market , but i think they continue to offer the same markets , they just have added a drop down menu to choose between 2-way or 3-way to some markets

I haven't found yet an inplay football match without BTTS available!

I send them an email to ask why and they answer to me reviewing my bet pattern they remove some market to me.
I never see something like that.
Then three daysq later they send me message i have limit on all bet and limit me to peanuts.
Need to create new onenow fast now before the beginning of the new tennis season ^^

Now this is new! In this business i have heard about closed accounts , i have heard about accounts limited , even funds confiscated but removing just some markets is original! Very interesting info mate

It's not new for me from bet365.

By example i got the edge during a period of time in the Under/over game in tennis in itf and challenger game and every time i look in bet365 i see this market available but when  i connect they closed the market.

If fortunately they let the market for some match i got severe limit.
When i send them email to get explanation they just reply to me their trader have the right to decide the kind of market they can provide for each game.

Then i stop to play this market and some weeks later i see this market was back for each tennis game.

Bet365 is a really smart book it's like their trader analyze all the account of each winner in the detail and if you open new  account with another id they just need couple of day to know it's you who use it with your "betting patern" like they say.

But i must say some good thing about them too.
Actually hey are honest one.

Two time they mistake to settle a bet (they count it winner but my bet was a looser actually)
The both time i didn't realize it but after several days when they rechecked the market they send me a message to say they mistake and the both time they say i can keep the winning even if the bet is lost.. i was surprise myself since it was two bet of 250E with odd of 2.

The third time they mistake in and i realize it and i say to them about the bet is a looser but they count it like winner and they say to me thx and let me the money because i was " honest" . i was really surprise too since it would be impossible this gesture from any other book and especially a 'client' like me who is winner with every bet365 account i open lol.

Agree with you fabrizio!
I  respect them a lot too!
They are the sharpest of softs and they are tending to be even better , of course they are doing mistakes too but few comparing to others and if we take into account the  number of markets they are offering then they really perform in a level very close to the so called sharps imho

I think the new design is annoying, the green fields take up too much space end reduces the number of markets you can see without scrolling. I miss the old design. Bet365 is adding a little bit of more color to their design every year.

But they seem to have fixed this little glitch when new soccergames is added to the list in the livebetting, before the new added soccer games ended upp in a odd way in the live markets list.
