Thank you for your feedback. Only some additional markets are not scanned like exact score, Time\Match etc, which generally constitute no more than 5% of all arbs. Bookmakers or sports are not off. If only it seemed as though it was going well, we are back to where we were. There are always going to be changes, betting companies change software providers, amend their market offerings. Weather it is on your site on the bet-burger forum. There has to be a better of way reporting and solving issues. Possibly a board of reported issues which can be ordered according to different filters for example length of time, or the most reported issues.
This gives everyone more certainty rather than customers playing a guessing game. If you know an issues is going to persist for an extended period of time then let your customers know. It allows us to manage our own time better whilst also managing our expectations as a collective base,
