We are the BetBurger team, virtually all living and working on our service in Ukraine in different cities of our country. We are Ukrainians.

As most of you know, we’ve been subjected to horrendous aggression by Russia. Almost the entire territory is under constant shelling by Russian troops.

February 24 at 4:30 am Kyiv time, aggressor troops under the command of Vladimir Putin invaded our land from the territory of Russia and Belarus. Fierce fighting is going on all along the border and in many cities of Ukraine. Russia has greater leverage over us in technical and human resources, not to mention nuclear weapons.

Cities are the targets of bombings by Grad rocket launchers and fighter aircraft. Mechanized infantry and tank corps are entering the country. Russian paratroopers are touching down at our Motherland.
Shocking footage of bombing of our cities made headlines around the world. Most of our team are not able to work in full being in basements, subway stations, or other bomb shelters. It is a matter of life and death for many of our relatives.

We are fully committed and optimistic. Our troops are filled with patriotism defending our land. We will not back away. Defending ourselves, we defend the world against Putin and his aggression. We have complete faith at this difficult time.
We believe it can only be stopped by the overall solidarity: of us and our friends all over the world.
We are incredibly grateful to the European Community of Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Czech Republic, Estonia, UK, France, USA, Canada and many more countries for their support.

We would like you to know the truth about this whole situation! No one can tell you the truth better than those standing here under enemy fire!

If you are willing to help:

• If you have the Russian embassy in your country, you can hold a protest and support Ukraine to condemn Russian aggression. We’re sure our fellow citizens may live in every city, please support them. You can’t imagine how important it is now! Politicians should see and hear the voice of their voters!

• If you have friends in Russia, show them real footage of what is going on in Ukraine. Russia holds severe actions on propaganda, people simply cannot see the real picture. You'd be surprised how the same fact can be twisted. Russians should know the truth!

• The European Community demonstrated enormous support, sanctions, financial, humanitarian, and military aid. We unify our own efforts to stop Goliath! Support us by telling our truth to your families and friends. Information is a powerful weapon of the 21st century, Russia still doesn't get it.

Even Bitcoin/other kinds of Crypto accounts for those, willing to donate that way. Options for those, willing to make anonymous donations, also. And there are many more ways to help you, please, inform us about your portfolio regarding these, when created.

Situation is hard in general, russians see that Ukraine is defending its cities and territories and they started brutally bomb cities and civilians. If some time ago in Ukraine were people who sympathized russia, now every Ukrainian hates putin and russian actions.

I'm sure that from news you see all that terrible things that they are doing, so there is no need to describe it here.
Now we are trying to move our guys from Kyiv and Kharkiv to the West, but it's really dangerous.

The possibility of a long guerrilla warfare is the main scenario for me now. Ukrainians will be tested. But if they succeed they will be freed in the end. If they bow their heads they will be enslaved.
Ukraine must be the beginning of the end of barbarism.

I think that sanctions will not affect russian people. They are so strong, and acclimated to hard situations. Much more than EU people.
Russian people are so patriots and nationalists, so i think that they will support their government even if they don't want the war. No one will go against Putin.

I think that they cannot control a country like Ukraine for too much time, and Putin is not dumb. But, at the same time, you cannot make an "all in" with nothing in your hands. Even if he doesn't have cards to play, he will try to force the situation to the maximum, because he cannot come back to seven days ago. I think that he will threat the EU with nuclear weapons, and try to force a retirement of NATO. He will use the fear. And EU will accept the negotiation.

East of Ukraine is more receptive to Russian Army, and i think that they can control the East of the country easier than the West. In the End, the things doesn't look good for Ukraine. They can finish being two different countries.

I don’t quite agree with you as your assessment of the situation and forces of Russia is based on what you see on TV - parades, military news, and Russian victories.
But I’m telling you, it’s complete nonsense, and now it manifests itself. The Russian army is weak, demoralized and knows nothing about fighting. Yes, they are well equipped but one should know how to use that.
Ongoing combat shows that Ukraine with its population and military aid from the west holds back Russians 7 days straight.
Not a single city is under FULL control of Russians so far. What does this mean? There is no Great Army, no fearless Russians with a bear and ​​balalaika, there is no one to fear! They are weak.
Russian soldiers received expired military rations from 2015 - Putin does not even respect his own army and people and sends 19-22year old cadets to fight.
Corruption together with oligarchs destroyed the soviet army. It is sacked and rotten now, though with the old image and propaganda.

Perhaps it is too risky to say this, but this war reminds me of the wars in Syria, in Iraq, in Afghanistan. It is the East and the West, fighting on different battlefields.
Russia is an ally of all enemies of the West, regardless of their political affiliation. Venezuela, Iran, China, Afghanistan, North Korea... everyone who stands up to the West is an ally of Putin.
Several battles are being fought in this war. And the people who will suffer the consequences, as always, will be the simple and common people.
The Chinese don't get into other people's wars, but if you asked Xi who he would like to see win, I think we would all know the answer. Venezuela is a completely opposite regime to Putin, and yet it seems to defend Russia and buy all the excuses of Putin to invade Ukraine. The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

I am not there, in the battle, and i am not Ukrainian, so, i can abstract more, and try to draw a whole picture of what is happening. Of course it's not about Dombass, because if not, you don't invade the whole country. There are big reasons to do that.

About the forces, Ukraina has a big army, and the country is big, so we can expect a lot of resistant to russians. According to russians newspapers, Ukrainian army is the third one in Europe, after Russia and Turkey. On the other hand, as i read, the country is so plane, you don't have mountains, and this kind of things, so maybe is easier for russians to conquer. If Ukraine wins this war, I think that Putin will be defeated.

I m sorry if I disappoint you, but I have a different understanding of the situation.
I believe the Russian army is slowing down its pace on purpose. The reason why they do it, is because they want to give the time to a hostile population to flee. They prefer to occupy the country with as less as possible people against them. This is a common tactic among aggressors. We have seen that in Cyprus too in 1974. The Turkish army was far stronger than the Greek, and they could achieve their objectives within days, but they selected a slower pace so refugees would flee, and they could keep only the tiny minority of the Turkish Cypriots. I know it is harsh, but this is the way a barbarian would think.
That said, I believe Russia will achieve her objectives in this war. BUT, they obviously miscalculated 2 things. And Russia will pay with blood these 2 things.
1st, they miscalculated the resistance from Ukrainians. I insist, we will see a guerrilla warfare* that we have never seen in Europe since WW2. It is already there judging from the resistance of ordinary people.
2nd, they miscalculated the solidarity from Europe. It is not only the hearts and minds of ordinary people. It is the will from governments to support Ukraine. As we speak, it is materialising to 2nd hand weaponry, but as we get deeper into the conflict and Russia is engaged for good, we will see very specific weapons handed to the resistance or to what is left from Ukraine. Russia will bleed in Ukraine, far more than Afghanistan.

Don’t expect for an A/A umbrella upon Ukraine, this will not happen as it is not safe to send there any A/A system (Patriots MIM, Aster, etc) These can’t be sneaked in the country. These should be there before the war. But you should expect light Stinger guns, they can do an excellent job to take down the Russian Air Force, but they must be used by Ukrainians them selves.

Lastly, my dear Sergei and dear members, I once again have to be real than good. Prepare your selves for a long period of occupation. Prepare your selves for a long war. Freedom is won, not given as a gift.
