Betfair security issue ?
While navigating in betfair menu i saw My Security tab that shows the ips that are used for your last logins. I took alook and saw something strange... :/ It looks like i have loged in from an UK ips adress.... How can this happen.... Internet providers problem,my security problem or betfair loged in my account? Anyway just changed the password to be more secure

My guess is, that you have been logged in to the Betfair Developer Forum? If so, then a UK-IP will be displayed - so, no "big deal".

10.41.132.21 it is Private IP from their inside/local network, like 192.168.0.1
So maybe just a routine check from their side, a verification or something similar
Usually these UK IPs are shown especially on new registered accounts when a bonus is envolved

If possible, make your password to be a minimum of 13 characters and should contain special characters.
