Arbusers

A friend of mine found an arb and played almost 300 euros on the Betfair side (exchange) on baseball. He had an email that his bet was voided (!) and he had to place one at much lower odds. Luckily for him his other side bet won. Has it ever happened to you? Do you know what's the reason for it? I asked him to forward the email he got and here it is...

I had the same email yesterday but for a different game. Mine was for a rugby union game. Northland +7.5. I rang for an explanation and was told that they had the line at Northland +7.5 and Southland+7.5 instead of -7.5.

Annoying as my bet was the correct line and it lost. They didn't send me an email untill after the game had started.

Seems like they had a glitch in there software

Was there a change in starting pitcher(s) ?

I have no idea. (I hardly know what a pitcher is...)
But my main concern is this: Suppose that BF has made a mistake on its odds (probably reverse odds). Since there are players backing or laying hundreds of euros on THESE odds, where is the problem?
I will suggest my friend to call them and ask them.

It was most likely a pitcher change. Pitcher change -bets get cancelled!!!!!

It was more than likely the same problem as mine but you can ring them or email for clarification.
