Many have called for the return of other sports (volleyball, rugby, baseball...) but unfortunately it has not been done.

Regarding the service improvements, please note that so far we’ve mainly focused on our bookmakers' selection: we managed to bring Paddy Power back and added 2 new bookmakers for which we had requests: Suprabets and Paripesa, both with live and pre-live odds. Make sure to stay tuned for what’s next to come in this direction!
About the scanning of new markets, please note that we are always trying our best to have as much coverage as possible for our players. Are there certain markets you noticed to be missing and would like us to add to the site? Please let us know your suggestions and we will make sure to take them into consideration for the future.
Regarding sports additions, at this moment our main goal is to focus on the top sports available on the website, which are generating in general 90% from the total sure bets available in the market.

Betonvalue is the embarassing version of Betbrain.
I pay a subscription and I can't log my account for 3 days (whole weekend) due to :
"Sign in failed
You are already logged in from somewhere else! If you suspect that someone else is using your account, we suggest that you change your password."
Ofc nobody else is using my account beside me on all my devices. Sent a mail to support and no answer, so I couldn't use the tool I paid for whole the weekend. Bad bad feedback

A very important aspect of our site is that you actually have to log out once you are done using a BetOnValue on a device. If you just close the browser, you will still be logged into the account and won't be able to connect from any other device. Most of the times, the reason our users receive the error above is exactly what I just mentioned, so I thought it would be good to say it here as well. Now, as written in the mail we've sent you, we managed to apply a fix for your account and everything should work just fine. If for any reason you are still encountering issues, please don't hesitate to let us know.

It's not frozen, maybe it's stuck with friday's odds on your pc. yes i see like this, i clean all possible, trying chrome, firefox, opera etc. but its not a cookies or chache problem

I had this problem last friday and a friend of mine as well (the one of the pic).
I''ve solved this issue in the way I told you, and my friend as well after my suggestion.
It took 2 minutes to get bov working "good" (see my page now in attachment).
If you change device and do login, I'm sure you will have regular service.

had same issue since friday but their customer service is horrible, so they won't answer you till next monday.
I regret to buy more than 1 month sub, this site has a good idea but his ownership/management is very bad. This is tipical example.
For example i'm reporting some bug with italian serie D and we can't solve it. Funnily, on Betbrain, their free version bug it not there
Suggested some bookies to add to their offer and no chance as well.
I'm getting disappointed more and more, probably they won't improve
