i am new to this thing and allready probably made my first mistake. First was between pinnacle and interwetten and second was between betfair and interwetten. I made a mistake and placed bets on one event, first bet is on handicap (-1) on team A and second one it on team A to win. Can i expet to be limited soon or even worst to lose the bonus?

It is quite usual for tipsters to bet both handicap & moneyline on the same team when they have good pick. So dont worry, you are still MISTAKELESS.
However, it isnt good to bet both teams on soft books, especially during rollover.

Ok thank you for answer. another question i have is, when interwetten bonus money is added to account balance, can i withdraw it allready? And should i withdraw large part of my money at once (it would be necessary because i have mostly lost at all other bookies and only win by them)

Whenever you finish rollover requirements you can request withdrawal.First withdrawal from Interwetten must be via bank transfer.

Well, in the bonus rules, they clearly state that this will void bonus (betting same event in different outcomes). If you arent doing bonus, then this dies not matter. Atleast this mistake doesnt cost you anything.

Until now luckily nothing happend to my bonus (knocking on wood). I hope it stays like this.
