BIA asked me to send a new bank statement or electric bill for KYC after my Withdrawal request today. Is it normal? Post here for anyone interested in to follow. My account is more than 3 years old.

Yes, it's normal. When was the last time you provided KYC docs, in other companies that operate with money it is required for customers to pass KYC every 6 to 12 months.

The same happened to me few days ago. Everything was ok in the end.
