I would like to know if anyone knows any bookies that can pay winnings back to Visa, master card or  Visa Electrons.

Nearly all of them should, if you deposit with that card first. You should ask them to make sure before you deposit.

Visa is better. You may not be able to withdraw more than your deposit amount to a MasterCard.

As far as I knew, you cannot withdraw back to Mastercard. Valid for all bookies, as MC policy. At least that was the situation 2 or 3 years ago when I tried to. Did they change it?
Also the deposit & withdrawal methods are highly dependant on the country of residence.
But they all post their banking issues on their site so you can check yourself easily.
