Today tried login and saw that my account is blocked!
Email from support after sending email:

We kindly ask you to contact us on 1st July 2013 when the relevant department will have concluded their investigation.

I had the same email from Gamebookers today and the account is closed at the moment. I had to send in photo of ID close to my face, proof of adress and details of my bank account. I have allready sent this before and have had several withrawals earlier without problems. But I sent them the documents again and hope that the account will be re-opened soon.
