casinomega.com/sports sent me an offer of their WIMBLEDON bonus 100% up to PLN 500 / € 100. Here are the terms of the promotion:
1.This promotion is valid until otherwise specified.
2.The bonus amount is 100% of your qualifying deposit, up to €100 ($100; PLN 500)
3.To receive your bonus, click the “Purchase” button on the bonus tab immediately after making your
deposit. The bonus will automatically appear in the player's account.
4.Minimum deposit is €20+ or customer currency (ex. $20; ¥2,500; 200NOK; 100 PLN).
5.Customers must wager their deposit once and their bonus seven times (7x) on
(1) settled single sports bets with odds of at least 1.85; or
(2) settled combo bets with odds of at least 1.85 per selection before you can withdraw your bonus and any winnings resulting from it.
(3) The following are restricted for all sports promotions and have 0% wagering contribution:
- Asian markets, Double chance bets, Totals and Odd/Even markets
- Cash Out bets
- Multiple bets with the same selections, regardless of the stake
- Bets placed on events on conflicting or opposite outcomes and dependent markets
- Bets placed on Virtual Sports
- Draw no bet
6.Real funds are always withdrable but, withdrawals made prior to completing the wagering requirements will void the bonus.
7.The wagering requirements must be met within 15 days of your first deposit, otherwise the bonus shall expire and any funds in your bonus balance will be forfeited.
8.The maximum withdrawable winnings from the Sports Welcome bonus shall be ten times (10x) the received bonus amount. Any amount exceeding this requirement will be deducted from the customer's balance. The maximum withdrawal is also applied when you canceled your bonus.
9.CasinoMega has the right to withdraw, change or cancel any bonus offer at any stage.
10.This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or bonus including buy bonus feature in the game.
11.Where we have reason to believe that you have placed a wager or series of wagers (either yourself or in conjunction with other customers) which results in a guaranteed profit from the bonus (irrespective of the outcome), we may reclaim the bonus, void the wager(s) and reclaim any winnings that resulted from such wager(s).
I took advantage of it by paying PLN 463. The first 2 deposit money bets were won by me and increased my deposit balance to PLN 1,122.83.

The bonus bet was also won and increased my BONUS balance to PLN 4594.12.

It's time to turn around. I turned over the bonus in 3 days and the bonus funds, i.e. PLN 3,646.12, were transferred to my deposit account and the system showed that I had 100% of funds available for withdrawal. It looked something like this:

I requested a withdrawal and after a few hours I received a message saying that I FAILED THE WAGON REQUIREMENT (although the system showed that my bonus balance was 100%)
and I still need to wager PLN 648. I decided not to argue. I placed a bet with DEPOSIT funds for PLN 649:
The new balance of the deposit account was PLN 5,645. So I requested a withdrawal, which was also rejected, and I got this email:
Dear George,
We hope this email finds you well.
We would like to inform you that we have removed 1015.10 PLN due to bonus rule that the maximum withdrawable winnings shall be ten times (10x) the received bonus amount. Any amount exceeding this requirement will be deducted from the customer's balance.
And I decided that was too much. The bookmaker stole my PLN 1015 from me. Why? Let's look at the rules:

From this point of the regulations, we can already conclude that the maximum win is x10 BUT FOR THE BONUS. Nothing here says about deposit funds. That's probably why there is a separate bonus account to separate these funds, right? Apart from the fact that I made the last bet with deposit funds according to the system anyway, at the time of transferring the bonus to deposit funds, the account balances should look like this:

Nowhere in the regulations does it say that deposit funds are combined with bonus funds up to the maximum withdrawal. The maximum payout x10 applies to the bonus.
I tried to explain the matter in the chat, but the lady unfortunately had a problem with the difference between the deposit account and the bonus account and kept repeating that the maximum win in my case was PLN 4,630. Yes! But this is for BONUS and not for Bonus+ Deposit.

I read the whole topic and the whole rules and it seems you are right. The regulations say about the payment of the x10 bonus and that's why there are 2 separate accounts, i.e. deposit and bonus accounts. At the time of wagering, the bonus money is paid out to the deposit account. Good thing I read this thread after recently thinking about setting up an account there. Now I see that they are not able to make a promotion according to the rules they wrote themselves.

Today, Casinomega (now with a new domain, watch out! 888casinomega.com/promotions) is giving a very similar promotion at Wimbledon. It also contains the following entry: "The maximum withdrawable winnings from the Wimbledon Finals bonus shall be ten times (10x) the received bonus amount. Any amount exceeding this requirement will be deducted from the customer's balance". Am I the only one who thinks that this entry makes it clear that it is possible to win 10x but the BONUS and not the deposit + bonus?
