Hello! I've been using Centrebet now for a while and it has been working out fine. But now when they "found out" that I was in Australia / New Zeeland they have decided to close my account.

I wonder, what will happen to the funds that I had on Centrebet? Because now when it is closed is it not possible to even log in at all. (so it is not limited, its closed)

And there are no respone on their Live-chat (been in "queue" for more then 5hrs now) and on telephone they just say that I have to call back at between a 9am-10am local time which is my sleeping hours..

Unfortunatyely i see no other option, but to wake up and contact them during the time window that they give you.

why would centre bet care if you were in australia or not, they are in australia themselves and are a first class book. i do not understand what you mean when you say that you have to call back between 9am and 10am local time and they are your sleep hours, do you work nights ? are you not still in australia i am sure that centrebet's chat line is open for more than one hour per day.i have had an account with centrebet for 7 years , i am australian living in australia and i have never had any trouble with them.
i suggest that you make a complaint to the Northern Territory Gaming Commission and have them look at your problem. incidentally centrebet was recently bought out by, sportingbet.com.au for i think the figure was $156 million, when you consider that betdaq was just purchased by ladbrokes for 30 million euros it will give you some idea of the size of centrebet, regards donar
