The result is 2-1, I think I should win, but all my bet were lose or void.
I notice there are two different event
Cerro Porteno v Nacional Asuncion
Cerro Porteno Reserves v Nacional Asuncion Reserves

But I doesn't  find the "reserves" game in flashscore.com

What is "reserves" mean??

It looks like you have mixed bets across two different matches.

Football clubs can have many teams
  ie the first X1, the second XI, under-21's, acadamy etc.

The reserve team is typically the second XI

So when Manchester Utd visit the Noucamp to play Bayern Munich in the Serie A
then the Bayern Munich reserve team may visit Ibrox to play the Manchester Utd reserve team.

Having reserve team fixtures allows management to see how junior\fringe\injured players are
developing in terms of fitness\skills\form etc

Unfortunately this time you lost money. On another day you might have won. But this is not arbitrage it is gambling.

I made quite a few painful mistakes when starting, don't get down about it. Learn your lesson and move onto the
next money making arb.

I find the biggest cause of mistakes is the rush to place your bets before the odds change. Don't get rushed, if you
miss this one there will lots more later.
