Dear Client,

Your funds continue to be safe and cash at banks continues to be protected by FDIC pass-through insurance. However we cannot support USD payments over the SWIFT messaging network at this time. This service is most frequently used by our non-US based counterparts when paying USD. We hope this disruption in service is temporary whilst we establish new processes with our new payment partner.

We will continue to monitor the situation and update you when we’re back to normal operation. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

There is no change to EUR or GBP payment instructions.

The need to update your payment instructions does not impact your ability to trade on Coinbase Exchange and does not impact your crypto holdings on the platform.

These changes are only relevant for your Coinbase Exchange account(s). If you have additional accounts with different Coinbase products you will receive a separate email with instructions for those accounts.
