Yet another one though to me it's not clear whether Coral confiscated their funds or suspended their accounts until an investigation takes place. I thought Coral was as safe as a book could get.
Has anyone heard anything about these cases?

I have a similar situation right now. They suspended my account asking for the verification documents. It's standard procedure so I wasn't worried. I did sent them xx days ago. I didn't received any answer and resent the documents twice. After a week I called them in order to find out what's happening. The helpdesk told me that they just received my documents (that was a lie) and in a couple of days they would get back at me. Still after a couple of days they haven't contacted me and the account is still closed. I'll wait a little more and then file a complain with sbr. Luckily I have a small ballance there.

During the last month, Coral was divided to Coral and Gala. Everything with Coral looks like Hiroshima after bombing. It will take them some time to rebuild their CS. I have serious problems with them also.
In general, they are reliable. In case that they do insist not paying, i would call one of their managers and not their CS.
Whenever i spoke with a Coral manager, i had a solution.

Is there an option of seeing a MAX BET to avoid sending bets to a trader?

Yes, there is, but I think it works only for in-play bets. If you hit the "check bet" button and your bet is larger than the max allowed, it shows you the max allowed. I tried it a couple of times for non in-play events, but despite the fact that there was a "green light" from the "check bet" option, my bet was forwarded to a trader and rejected.SticyBandit wrote: Is there an option of seeing a MAX BET to avoid sending bets to a trader?

another problem is that every bet is redirected to a trader, and u have to wait few seconds (sometimes minutes) until u know if the bet is placed or rejected.
useless for arbing imo.

almost instant, after 2-3 bets (~100€). doesn`t matter if u win or lose them.adibig2003 wrote: how fast did they limit accounts?

Bets are no longer referred to traders and are accepted/rejected automatically. If a bet is rejected the max limit is displayed and you can place the bet again up to that limit.

It never happened to me since their split from Gala. My account is limited and maybe they realized that it's not worth referring small bets but they still do it for sizable amounts.

3 days and 21 bets before limiting , stakes up to 300 (I didn't try more high because of my low balance)
