Not many games recently, very few arbs these days. I hope you took advantage of this situation and recharged your batteries; rested your body, relaxed your mind, gone to vacation/tours etc.
I must admit I'm feeling lazy. Still will make some more vacation but I started to miss work!
Can't wait for new Arbing Season!
So when new Arbing season starts for you?
a) This weekend!
b) 3-4 August Weekend (English Championship League, Dutch Eredivisie)
c) 10-11 August Weekend! (Bundesliga & France Ligue 1)
d) 17-18 August Weekend! (La Liga & Premier League!)
e) Will wait for Late-August. US Open and Italia Seria A Coming up!
f) New arbing season starts for me thru September..when leaves start to fall..
g) You lazy..Arbing season already started for me!
Me, my option is "c"
You?

Sure, we got some leagues going on such as Scandinavian leagues, MLS, South american leagues but c'mon, we're humans, not machines. You can't (shouldn't!) work 365 days a year, everybody needs a rest sometimes you know
I wish everyone a profitable season!
So when season ends?
Easy answer: 13 July 2014! (End of World Cup 2014. Probably, Wimbledon will be over too)
Are you ready for the long marathon? Good luck all!

I like long seasons. They help for a better record (if nothing goes bad).

Sure, there's some money to be made in summer too but what's point of living if you don't enjoy it You will miss games when you're swimming in heavenly seas, when you're drinking your Malibu in sunset, helping your child to build a massive sand castle (then playing crush the castle catapult game, lol) but it's worth of it. You will be losing much more money if you were doing these in winter/autumn/spring when there's lots of action going on. End-June and Early&Mid-July were good times for vacation or let's say taking things slow. Many days, I worked only 2-3 hours. It's important to keep the balance between work and social life/leisure.
I wish everyone a profitable arbing season!
