LSE listed betting giant Entain plc, formerly known as GVC Holdings, owns brands such as bwin, Coral, Ladbrokes, PartyPoker and Sportingbet.
Media reports that Entain is about to acquire STS Group – Poland’s largest bookmaker, after raising £600m in new capital. 25% of the cash will be contributed by EMMA capital, a Czech investment management company where Jiří Šmejc owns 64.7% stake. Šmejc is a well knows investor that held a significant OPAP share in the past.
Entain's share price faces pressure lately, due to the expected substantial fine by the UK tax authority over historic corporate misconduct at its former Turkish online betting business.

I hate this trend. When Coral, Ladbrokes, PartyPoker and Sportingbet were independent (and you could find much value in them), they havve own odds and you could register them all. Now you have same odds and if you get limited in one, you have restrictions in all.

The same applies for Flutter. Concentration is not working for the bettor.
