I would like to open an account at Betinasia, but French are not accepted. I projet to live in Malta very soon.

Betinasia need ID card and proof of résidence. The last one will be easy. But for thé id card, does a résident card of malta will bé accepted or something else ?

What is tax for betting winning ?

Thanks you very much.

You would be accepted with a Maltese residency, if you also provide a valid proof of address, a document in your name. In the end, it's all about the residency and not citizenship. In my view you should address the issue of your tax residency to be 100% clear and sure. I have no idea how Malta is taxing gambling winnings though.

If asked, you will need to justify and show how the funds went to and came back as winnings from an originated licensed betting entity.

if you are tax resident in a country which has 0% tax for the players, you pay no tax regardless. i have never heard of the government differentiating between licensed or not unlicensed for tax purposes. maybe someone has an example?

in USA they declare their winnings even from asian books and other offshores as taxable income.

In The Netherlands licensed casinos pay tax to the state. Illegal casinos don't so in theory you should pay the tax yourself.

There is a lot of bad will in your post and your criticism to our forum is at least unfair.
I would like to correct your phrase and replace the word illegal with the words ''not allowed''. We do not punish members with years in prison or death penalty. We restrict some of their actions according to the Terms and Conditions of the registration agreement that you also electronically signed and accepted upon your registration.
I will not come back again to the issues touched above.
