When you recieve a free bet, what is your strategy with it? some valuebet?? arb with one leg free??

Bet with decimal odds that are above 100 as ordinary arb.
If it loses there is profit from arb + free bet counts as profit too.
If it wins, on those odds it does not matter that stake is not returned because its only 1% loss which is covered from profit from arb

If you bet 10 euro freebet at odds 100, you can lay it at betfair 9.9 eiros at 100 for 9 eiros profit .
If you bet 10 euro at odds 2, you can lay it at betfair only 5 euros at odds 2 and get 4.9 eiros profit.

Point is - use maximum high odds you can afford.

I can not use betfair in my country

You want to bet the freeplay on a huge underdog, and then scalp against it at another book.  SBR has a freeplay calculator I find quite useful. 

Some books will limit the odds you can take on a freeplay.  If that is the case, see if you can split it 8 ways and bet every combination in a 3-game parlay.  If it pays 6-1 you'll convert 75% of your freeplay to cash.
