i will advise you to run from mystake with all your life. here is my trust pilot review of them "i signed up on a bookmaker called mystake(Username: just1raymond), completed KYC and Verified my Address by uploading my bank statement, i then proceeded to deposit(4000USD) and didn't accept any bonuses(vehemently rejected all bonuses), made 1000USD in profits and limits got imposed on my account in less than 48 hours after placing about 100+ bets on sports, the limits imposed on my account wont let me place single bets, only 3 leg accumulators with minimum odds of 1.4 each. I then tried withdrawing my funds from the sportsbook as placing accumulators are something i seldom do, on getting to the withdrawal menu, i see the buttons greyed out, i clicked it regardless and got the message "You do not have a permission to make a withdraw" i then contacted customer support and they said my account was under investigation, i asked for what-they said they cant disclose. I dont know what i have done to deserve such treatment, its been a week since this happened and i still haven't heard from them, i still cant access the withdrawal section on the site.
Now the vast majority of negative reviews on this site are because the users didnt complete kyc, submitted fake documents or abused signup bonuses, me i haven't done any of this, i played fair and just and now the sportsbook is choosing to not reciprocate the respect of playing just and fair to her players, SIGH!!
I Have no curse words to throw at any sportsbook for treating me badly and disrespectfully, all i say to other users currently using this book is this can(and will likely happen to you if/when you win) happen to you, my advice is take your time and dyor and move elsewhere to avoid this headache because such treatment for a measly 1000USD liability speaks volume of how this bookmaker doesnt really respect her players, now imagine you win 5000, haha you might as well move on with life, a stitch in time saves nine.

Also, according to our T&C, ''The Company reserves the right to hold the withdrawals for the time needed to investigate violations of the Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws on the part of the Player."
For now, the player's account is limited and there is no possibility to make a deposit or withdrawal until the investigation ends."
6 months, how can any good sportsbook hold a customers funds for six months? left to me i'll say i have been targetted because i'm from a third world country and this book know that there's nothing i can do because i cant file a complain with the uk gambling commission
