Goldbet - stay away - Austrian Bookie with Connection to Italy - was the one whistleblower in Italian scandal (low betting limits anyway)

US-Sports - no real idea...

Webmoney is a most popular payment system on ex-USSR territories. It's big enough and reliable. But I dont like them because you must pay 0.8% of the sum of your transaction. And the fee has no cap. Moneybookers or Neteller is more better.

Betus not good place to make arbs or take bonuses. Many people had problems there.
