Hey, guys!
I'm very new at this, and i was wondering how much money is necessary to start, or, how much you recommend... i'm using Rebelbetting and kinda already started to place a few bets, but just to get started and getting to feel how it works.
Anyways, thank you guys! Greetins from Brazil!!

Re: How much money to start?
Not much because you dont know anything about arbing/value betting yet so high stakes are not adviced. Anyway if you start these days and placed few bets already you better start looking for friends and open accounts on their names because your accounts are basically dead already.

This is not enough info in order to determine the amount of money that your operation needs.
In any case, 50K sounds too much for a newbie.
What are your operations really? Arbing, Valuebetting, Matched Betting? Tell us some more.
Consider your self lucky to be in brazil these days. Make the most as fast as you can. Eldorado's are disappearing in a blink of an eye.

For now i am just doing Valuebetting. For what i studyied until now, valuebetting is the best option to receive larger returns in a long term, compared to Arbing and matched betting. You can correct me if i'm wrong.
I've read the coment of our friend that said 50k and i tought it was a lot too. While i'm experiencing this whole new world, i'll be with a very small stake. But, when i have confidence and enough knowlege, i suppose i'll increase my bankroll with something around 5k, or 10 max.
What do you mean exacly when you say that i'm lucky to be in brazil, can you explain?
Again, thank you for replying me!!

Re: How much money to start?
Yes, Value Betting is a shortcut these days. Better use Value Betting instead of arbing.
Brazil offers some opportunities that we haven't seen in Europe since the 00s. In the end, regulation, taxation, limitation and greed from bookmakers, will kill this Eldorado exactly the same way like it happened in Europe. Make as much money as you can now.

This is chance to highlight a shift in the gambling industry. People might think it is irrelevant but trust me, it is not.
The biggest gambling event globally is called ICE and it is held in London. Starting from 2025, ICE moves to Barcelona. The organisers are talking about Brexit and the high costs as main reasons, and they are solid reasons to claim, but let me add a couple more.
LATAM is an Eldorado, and the Spanish speaking world would feel better in a country where people understands Spanish. I know in Barcelona they speak Catalan, but they also speak Spanish as well. It is also a 2 hr shorter flight from South America.

I believe moving ICE from London is irrelevant.arbusers wrote: ↑Mon Jan 01, 2024 10:48 amDaniel Goulart wrote: ↑Fri Dec 29, 2023 1:22 amWhat do you mean exacly when you say that i'm lucky to be in brazil, can you explain?

Let me add some more comments here.
The LATAM gambling markets are completely immature for a number of reasons.
1st. The clients, gamblers, are not educated at all, and their inability to understand english is not allowing them to be educated by the bettors of the mature markets like Europe and the UK.
2nd. Governments are clueless, but they will quickly wake-up to copy their European counterparts in taxation and regulation. Socialism and communism is spreading like a fire when it comes to taxation.
3rd. The publicity in LATAM, and especially Brazil, the biggest market of them all, is turning clients to pathologically addicted gamblers. Celebrities like OF ''models'', retired footballers, singers, are looking to monetise the trend.
4th. Bookmakers and payment providers quickly read the market and they are running for the big cash now, before regulation and taxation from governments kills the cow, and before a core mass of players gets educated.
Can you imagine being an educated and enlightened gambler in this environment?
We have seen this situation in Europe and the UK in the 00s. Now we see it in LATAM. I believe the transition to the new environment will be much faster compared to Europe and the UK. It took Europe some 5-10 years (depending on the country) to come to today's mess. The LATAM will move much faster and I believe it will take 3-4 years before the party is over. However, some countries will be laggards and they will offer more opportunities that others.

Re: How much money to start?
Yes. I can guarantee you that brazilians right now are very addicted to gambling through APP's such as bet365 or betano. I have one friend that gambles his entire job payment at this two APP'S. I've lost count how many times he asked me for 20BRL or 30BRL to gamble because he had alrealdy lost all his money. And i have one other friend that won a lawsuit against his former company and received over 100 thousand BRL, which is a lot of money, and became very addicted to gambling. He spends over 3 thousand BRL daily gambling in bet365. When he shows me the bets that he makes, i cannot believe it sometimesarbusers wrote: ↑Tue Jan 02, 2024 9:45 am
