Re: Is Brave Web Browser good for gambling?
It is not.
I m convinced Brave Web Browser one of the best browsers for privacy and protection from aggressive advertisement, it is not good for gambling.
Brave is blocking cookies, fingerprinting and hides IPs. That is a problem for almost all bookmakers. Because bookmakers are very much invasive and they want to collect as more data for you as possible. Brave is not assisting bookmakers to do so, and thus, bookmakers are choosing to close your account or limit it even before bet #1.
I know it is a shame, isn't it?
At the same time, if you are not doing any business with gambling and you are active in the crypto sphere, maybe Brave is a great choice.

Excellent, thank you.
Can you tell from google analytics what % of arbusers are using Brave Web Browser? Or is it a GDPR restriction?

Re: Is Brave Web Browser good for gambling?
It is not falling under the GDPR scope so I can tell you that out of the approximately 600+ daily visitors of our forum, I believe only 1-2 use Brave. There must be reasons for that.

Re: Is Brave Web Browser good for gambling?
Looks like I'm one of the two guys using Brave!
Last year is the main browser I've been using between 4-5 others.
The reason I use it is privacy, the additional ad blocker that it has and the rewards program (BAT).
Last month I don't use it for gambling anymore because I can't load Bet365, I really don't know what happened.
Maybe it's 365. The last few days I think they changed the software of platform.
I also noticed today that I can't add odds to bet slip unless I log in to!

Re: Is Brave Web Browser good for gambling?
Wow. 90% of traffic comes to bookmakers from smartphones. Arbusers members use 20-25% smartphones only, so there is am important divergence. That brings my next question. Do you think that desktop use would raise a flag to a bookmaker?

There is no click left not to be profiled really. This is the last thing you should worry for.
Correct, but what is the possibility of someone using Safari to replace it with chrome?Bastard wrote: You can have Chrome on smartphone too you know

Let me rephrase it. Do you think that desktop use together with higher average stakes would raise flags?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Re: Is Brave Web Browser good for gambling?
desktop use has no impact from bookmaker side if you know what your doing, higher stakes will attract more scrutiny from 'traders' if out of your out of the pattern of the account, keep hitting your max and get your limits raised
