sorry for long story...
Recently I opened account on m88.com. I was arbing there for a while and after less than month they confiscated my winnings over 2600€. They accused me from violation of their Terms & Conditions para 8.3. They don´t have any evidence, any proof of anything I did wrongly, I only bet on their site. Didn´t hack, use punters account or abuse KYC.
In their T&C is statement "The Provider reserves the right to suspend and/or close a customer's Player Account at any time if the Provider believes that you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable rules or have acted in a manner of cheating, hacking, attacking, manipulating or damaging the normal betting spirit. Any winnings and/or payouts including balances in the Player Account shall be deemed forfeited and invalid. You acknowledge that the Provider does not have to give you prior notice of any such termination."
I asked many times to give me some evidence and but they repeat whole story over and over again, which is: abusing T&C para 8.3, investigation is disclosed, further details can not be shared and It is their final decision.
Several times I have very assertively and swiftly explained them, that their behaviour is fraudulent, but they still repeat same story over and over again.
I told them to credit me money back or send it to my Tether adress or I will initiate further actions:
Law suit:
M88 parent organisation "Mountain breeze Ltd" is off-shore licensed in Republic of Vanuatu. As expected, there is no gambling commission. What I did, is I have contacted local lawyer buro, they provided me with quotation, but unfortunately cost for initial proceedings, negotiation, document preparation etc.. is 300 000 VT which is about 2300€. Financially this does not make any sense.
I have sent to M88 information I will have agreement with lawyer, told them that price is lower and I am going to open a law suit. If they read this now, bad for me, but anyway I will not sue them and their ultimatum for giving me money back ended and they don´t care anymore. More important for me is to share this and warn others.
Letter of complaint to their sponsors:
I have threatened them with Letter of complaint (changed version you can see in attachment) which I will send to their main sponsors: AC Milano, Badminton World Federation and La Liga representatives. They flex with these sponsors on their site. I plan to send it today to sponsoring and whistleblowing contacts of these organisations. Hopefully they read it eventhough they are very big organisations and I don´t expect any action from them.
Local authorities:
IBAS UK representative advised me to contact local authorities. Since Vanuatu Customs and Inland Revenue manage the income from licensing, I will contact them for guidance about complaints.

I will send there some emails with communication and screens and will try to make a call there. Sadly Vanuatu somehow is far from my time zone (CZ).
They clearly accused me from "damaging normal betting spirit", but such play of words can not be anyhow proven in front of any authority. It is just a leverage they use to confiscate funds and to rip off their customers. If they would have just limited me, I didn´t blink an eye.
What I did, is I used their services and their website. Their betting limits, odds, rules of evaluation of matches allowed me to do my actions, so I can not be punished for using their services (in normal non-arbing world lol).
Is there anything else you could advise me?
M88 is Malaysian sportsbook, so perhaps there is some organ in Asia, who could read my story, go through my screens and give them questions, what do you think?
And please don´t tell me that I should have see that coming. But I appreciate If anyone advise me which solid sportsbook uses BTI sports supplier lol.
