If account is getting limiting too much for arbing, after a few bets, at many bookie, how long it last if the arber he use manual-found arbs insted? long time? how long?

There should be no difference. The bookie doesn't care if you found it manually or via alert service, it's still a -ev bet for them.

Say you find a manual (Bet365) arb on HT CS German Regional and place 500€ I guess Limit will come immediately.

How will you know if an arb service also hasn't found your manual arb..?

You know what is covered by mainstream services and you can try to search for something else. But you will never know if there is some private software, that is searching that areas too.
