Im wondering if any of you guys know what i can expect for max bet amount for tennis, baseball, basketball, UFC,... on soft bookies like Betsson, Unibet, Betway, etc (The European bookies mainly). I tried to get betsson to tell me my max bet for Talia Santos at 3 in odds before i deposit my 20k eur, but they wont tell me. This is pretty shit considering i need to make a specific turnover once deposited.

Depends on the soft, and depends on the country.

Max bet is different for each bookie. And even for the same bookie, you have different max bet in different countries. Even for same bookie, same country, you have different max bet depending on deposit method.
