I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Melbet Casino and seek assistance in resolving an ongoing issue regarding the withdrawal of my funds.
I became a member of Melbet Casino on 24.02.2022, and on 22.02.2024, I made an initial deposit of 60295.7TRY($2000) to my account. After fulfilling all the necessary wagering requirements, I submitted a withdrawal request for my funds on same day.
Despite providing all the required documentation for verification purposes, including identification, proof of address, and other pertinent information, my withdrawal request was inexplicably denied without any explanation from Melbet Casino's customer support team. Subsequent attempts to communicate with the casino's support staff have been met with unhelpful responses and further delays.
As of 25.02.2024, my account balance stands at approximately 273773TRY($8780), reflecting not only my initial deposit but also the winnings I have accumulated through my betting activities. However, due to the ongoing delays and lack of transparency from Melbet Casino, I have been unable to access my funds.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by Melbet Casino in handling my withdrawal request. As a valued customer, I expect to receive prompt and efficient service, which unfortunately has not been the case in this instance.
I kindly request the assistance of the Arbusers community in bringing attention to this matter and seeking a resolution with Melbet Casino. Any guidance or support in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Today, something happened strange. I connected to the live support and the told me to send emails via gmail. I always sent emails from my hotmail address which is recorded to my Melbet account. Then, I tried to send an e-mail from my gmail address. Surprisingly, I got a reply from them after 10 mins. Then they told me they can't help me from different e-mail address. I explained i tried to reach them from my hotmail address by my e-mail pictures. After that they requested some pictures for verification finally. Lastly, they told me to wait and i am in KYC process. I will inform news when i get a new e-mail from them.

As for hotmail, I can say that our newsletters also are not delivered to hotmail mails. I believe hotmail backlists every email that deals with gambling.
