I have requested a withdrawal via moneybookers from them(before 2 days)...they imediatly asked for ducuments....they acepted my documents and said everything was okay, i just need to login to my account and proced for the withdrawal.....after 2 days and no money received their live chat assistent says that they have some technical problems regarding the withdrawal.....
My question is: Do they pay or, are my money safe

Lets hope that you get your money, but next time you open an account with an unknown bookmaker, you should ask people's experiences.

What u mean ? That they dont confiscate little money ? or who cares about 345 euro ?
