Sorry if I post this in the wrong section.

So on the 23.02.2024 I opened an account with MrPlay in which they age checked me on opening an account. I deposited and won more then I deposited, I withdrew this and they asked for more documentation which I provided. I then got an email saying my account was closed; initial deposits had been confiscated and the withdrawal had been voided.

I then got this email today, please find attached.

As they are a fully licensed company they should have to pay back the initial deposits. I have also been on there terms and conditions and no where does it say they have the right to keep a hold of initial deposits if I have a withdrawal and they close my account.
