I come here to share my experience and get your thoughts and advices

it marks 132 days today, i have deposited $ 7,200 at bet365 where i have an active and verified account for 10 years,
after the deposit, they have acknowledged receiving the funds and requested KYC documents for verification before the money gets deposited on my account, as requested i sent my pay stubs and account statement which they said were not enough and requested photo of stamped pay stubs and a deposit slip to my bank account, luckly enough i had that last one for a deposit of $ 6000 + amount, and i straight took photos of the requested and sent to them, that time they didn't
respond to my email, and when i contacted them through live chat i was told that money was sent back to my bank account but the bank rejected it, for that reason i went to the bank and was told the contrary and that most probably wrong SWIFT details were used and i was given correct details to provide to bet365, which I did,

since then when I contact bet365 they tell me the case is still under review for rejection confirmation and I should update
me shorlty once review is done, but no update have never been sent all times, please note that i contact them every 3-4 days. and 10 days ago I requested an escalation to a manager and it was confirmed done, but still when i contact them the response is same " we have raised this for you to a superior as advised, the review will be completed as soon as possible. Unfortunately I am unable to provide a time frame on when this review will be complete however rest assured you will be contacted as soon as this is complete."

at this point i feel frustrated and stuck, with them deliberately delaying the process to finally make me loose the money.

So this is my current situation, any thoughts and advices are welcome

Happended to me a couple of Times. IT Always took a couple of weeks.

I got finally paid all the money after 184 days waiting !!! the strange thing is that they never told me what was wrong that made it so long to take an internal review process despite me insisting on that,

lessons learned: never deposit if you don't meet below two conditions

1. If your account is not fully verified
2. If your jurisdiction is not covered by the bookmaker gambling commision or regulator
