Has anybody opened a new account after they have self excluded?
If so did anything get voided or was it like a brand new account?

What is self exclusion? You mean shutting down the account?
(I have no experience with that, just asking).

Most, If not all bookmaker will create problems for you.
Some will block you immediately after registration. Some other, with lower ethics, will allow you to play, and create those problems the minute you request your first withdrawal.
