I recently came across a weird situation where I'm not sure what to do.
I used my own mobile number for my Novibet account.
They restricted my account due to claiming some free bets...
When I tried to Withdraw they asked for a document where my mobile number is shown and my name as the owner.

The problem is that I have a family contract to my telecommunication company with 2 numbers where I use the second number but my husbands name shows as the owner of the mobile numbers...

If I cancel the contract which is for 2 years (in order to transfer the number to my own name) the penalty of breaking the contract would be very big...

What do you recommend me to do. Should I send them the monthly bill where my husbands name shows as the owner and explain them that I actually use this mobile number but the owner's name is different because it's a family contract? Or I will have problems this way and they can confiscate the money?
Everything is clear and I can prove to them that he is indeed my husband if it's needed.

You could tell them straight away that your phone number is part of a broader contract not signed by you, and ask for an alternative KYC document to be requested. Unless they are rogue, they wouldn't have a problem with that.

Reading your post, I am intrigued to ask if your husband or anyone else living at the same home has a novibet account. If this is the case, providing an alternative document showing the same address with your husband might cause a harsh reaction from Novibet.

Get a (a new SIM card (new phone number) in your name and ask the mobile company to provide you with a document certifying that it belongs to you. You can tell them that you need it to submit to the bank for your e-banking. Use this paper as evidence that the phone is yours. A friend who had a similar issue with the same company spoke to them through chat, and they told him that it's not necessary to send the phone number that was registered during the signup."
