I just found on pinnacle and in my local betting shop an arb I guess. But before I place I want to be sure.
Dortmund - Donetsk
Under 2.5 @ 2,30
Over 3 at pinnacle @ 2.01
O/U 2.5 and 3, is there a difference ?

This is NOT an arb ! WHY ?
Because in the case you have exactly 3 goals scored in match you have this situation:
UNDER 2.5 = LOST
OVER 3 = VOID (money back)
So you lose money on UNDER 2.5 and get money back if total goals scored = 3
In other cases, for 0-1-2-4-5-6-7-8 goals scored you do have arbitrage situation
Because in the case you have exactly 3 goals scored in match you have this situation:
