I don't know, please tell me if you know, never been interested in this practice, I don't even know how it could be exploited..... I just arbitraged with my Orbit account;

tomorrow I could provide evidence of my counter bets at the local books, although it is a "big job" I would gladly do it if asked;

but I don't think the problem is the transfer of funds, it's not really configurable on my account, not even with the most imaginative of inventions

it would be nice to know what is really happening .... but it is not possible, as already said (little and vague communication, no timing, no security)

a simple routine survey that is regularly done by Orbit for numerous users.....they say

strange to have never heard of this procedure from these many users.....

yes of course as already said the account has been in heavy losses since its opening, I can't go back more than three months but you can already see it in the attachment

I hope that agent won't “sell” you some bs like fund passing or betting on fixed matches. They are well know for that.
Anyway holding you on ice for so long isn't normal or fair in my opinion.

Better liquidity?
Don't have an option for BF?

2% commision? What country are you from? I doubt 2% commision exists on betfair.

Personally, and for Italian customers in general, because betfair is not available in our Country, or better, there is a joke version with limited markets and liquidity.

is there no access to betfair's worldwide liquidity via Italian version of betfair website?

I'm not been using betfair.it for years, I don't know if it is connected to the original one as regards odds, they are quite the same and the liquidity is high. I was wrong about it on my previous post, I don't know how it is working nowadays but the biggest problem is the lack of markets and 5% commission.
Only italian people can use it because we cannot use betfair.com.
By the way, I'm not an expert, probably other italian users know the subject more than me.

Yes, 2% and thats available for new accounts also so its not thing based on volume.

No at the moment I can't confirm this and I hope I never have to admit it.

What I can say for sure is that my funds have been frozen for nineteen days on Orbit now.

And that deposits and withdrawals for funds not involved in the Orbit investigation but on the rest of the BIA platform are also blocked.

So if I have understood correctly, a procedure is imposed on BIA by Orbit whereby the account must be blocked until the end of the investigation and so the rest of the money on the platform.

This imposition is carried out without clear and detailed communication about reasons, timing and without day-to-day updates.

Since BIA does not have jurisdiction over the procedure in progress by Orbit, they cannot do more than ask for daily updates, which are not communicated, however.

If what I've been told is clearly true.....

I believe as a logical reasoning that BIA hopes that this situation will be resolved as soon as possible and in my favor, as I assure you I am a very good customer for them.

It would seem more like an excess of power by Orbit over the BIA than any malice or unfair behavior on the part of the agent.

However to date the situation remains of great uncertainty and due to the expected level of professionalism, when large capitals are invested, I would say that it is not good.

The most annoying thing is the lack of clear and transparent communication, which seems to me unreal that we could not have given the respect that should be had between the parties.

In fact, I'd rather be accused of something concrete than be driven around aimlessly.

I would be ready to argue and document any request. In fact I am always available, having absolutely nothing to hide.

Nineteen days have passed, the money fruit of my hard work, honestly earned, remains confiscated.

Always available, we update, one month from the beginning of this story (September 10) is my next target for subsequent actions.

clearly an intervention here by one of the institutions involved would be appropriate, appreciated as well as suggested, it is your business, and publicity I would say is not very good

Thanks Friend but at the moment I don't think I need to give more money to these gentlemen,

I would just like to have a little clarity about the situation and possibly the availability of my money regularly earned if not the one suspended on orbit at least the one on the rest of the platform.

And I repeat I think Bia is on my side but the situation is truly unreal today
