Hello , on August 10th my Orbit account was suspended .

EX009: Your account has been suspended. Please contact your agent if you have any queries.

Upon my request to BIA, I was told that an investigation into my betting activity was underway.

My account has been heavily losing since its opening and has always been used only for arbitrage, more pre match than live.

I asked several times during this time if there was any specific problem that initiated this procedure.

Sixteen days have now passed and the answer remains the same: "no particular problem, just a routine investigation into the betting activity that is carried out regularly by Orbit, no certain timing, no possibility of intervention by BIA, you have to be patient and wait "

I can log in, I can't bet, I can't transfer money to my wallet. I cannot deposit or withdraw funds from my BIA wallet to my bank during the investigation.

Personally I consider BIA as much a victim as I am of this situation which is continuing without certain times and with little communication, risking losing a good customer who, due to the need for the service, has to go elsewhere at the moment.

I suggest you both guys use your own thread to post your own story. By posting in threads that other people started, for their own cases and purposes, you do not help each other. Quite the contrary. Am I asking for too much?

That was the main reason. But since you are asking, you were unresponsive to the posts and the questions of our members, including my requests. The 2 (not 3) pages of the previous topic was mainly filled by other people's posts, not yours. We see no reason keeping a thread with a heavy title when it is not supported by those who have an interest. We include this kind of not supported threads to the defamation category.

I thank you for your earlier assistance. In the first message of the deleted topic, I wrote everything that I knew at that (but, as it turned out, at the current) moment. I wrote about the verification process, about the cancellation of the winnings, and in general about all communication with BIA support. I still don't have any details about the investigation other than "wait" until now. I waited for a response from the BIA representative, but it never showed up. You asked to provide data from your referrals in private messages, only the fact is that since the moment my problem was solved in the past, I stopped being your referral, they closed "your" account and opened a new one, with a different nickname and other commission conditions. (that is, in fact, I'm not your referral, and therefore did not answer you). Then I saw a new post notification and couldn't find the post thread, which is why I asked the question. I didn't mean to teach you how to run your forum. It's just that now it turns out that there is no topic of mine at all, which makes me sad

Since you are no longer referred by arbusers, we can not provide any help to you with the exception of a thread where you will present your case.
We can’t contact BIA on your behalf and it is their choice to reply to your posts or not.
Go start a new thread for your case and support it within good will frames.

Personally, and for Italian customers in general, because betfair is not available in our Country, or better, there is a joke version with limited markets and liquidity.

mainly due to the fact that it is located within BIA which I have always enjoyed working with.

i have an opportunity for a betfair.uk but still with 5% commission

One of the few things I most hate in my life are bookmakers/exchanges with few markets and low liquidity
Even more than bookies limiting us

Name the most popular market among fund-passers.
