not much else other than what I'm allowed, so ask BIA for updates, since you can't communicate with Orbit, but neither I nor BIA seem to have ever had any response, do you have any other suggestions?Bastard wrote: ↑Sat Nov 11, 2023 10:56 amAre you doing anything else regarding this issue other than posting here in forum?pkpunter wrote: ↑Fri Nov 10, 2023 11:26 amGood morning everyone ;
Three months, really? Yes indeed
Incredibly, nothing has ever changed since the beginning.
I can log in, I cannot bet, I cannot deposit or withdraw funds on the rest of the platform other than those blocked on Orbit.
After three months, I have never had any spontaneous communication from them, never had a reason for the blocking of my account, never had a request for clarification, never had an accusation of something specific, never had any update on the progress of the case.
It may seem incredible but this is really...
Thank you Arbuser for your willingness to explain my case.
I am asking this because there are some things you can do to put some pressure on all involved parties.

Re: Orbit account suspended
4 months nothing has changed, keep them and spend them on medicines, I have always pissed in your ass meter long and I will continue to do so, no matter how rude and dishonest you may be, as long as I am alive and in the power of my mind I will continue to try to be better than everyone else at this game and always find an opening when there is one, for me, for my loved ones and for everyone I can help, but always fighting with honest weapons from my parties, without trying to cheat or screw anyone. I have my flaws but I am an honest man and I live by the principle of not doing to others what I would not want done to me.
In my life I have also learned that karma is not so far from what it seems to be realized, even if it has not always happened, finally someone who has behaved badly has started to pay and someone who has always behaved well has started to cash in.
I really love my job, I'm lucky for this, I would like to see bookmakers who are willing to improve their ability to quote events instead of looking for tricks to make life difficult for honest bettors, I would like to see bettors who try to be better of bookmakers without resorting to scams, all in a healthy and sporting competition.
But it's probably just a utopia of mine, it has never been like this and never will be.

Better those, hiding behind several of the issued by Curaçao pseudo-licenses think about these words.

I support you in fighting for your rights and sooner or later, when you win, please come here to drop some impressions and recommendations.

Re: Orbit account suspended
I am watching this case since the very start and I m not satisfied at all from the level of communication and support that Orbit provides. Clearly, Orbit takes the case very lightly and this reflects on their reputation and the reputation of the agents they work with.

Re: Orbit account suspended
Hey Admin,
You've got long-term experience in that kind of business and could observe some processes from some different angles not available for us individuals in the retail market.
Considering the toxic betting environment for the winners lately, could you please tell us your point of view about the future possible perspectives of that long-term no-win situation - the original Betfair banned most of the Worldwide players, confiscating the funds and Premium charging the winners there, whilst the participants in the Betfair's white labels have no Premium charge but when they are proven winners the funds are also confiscated for absurd reasons.
I mean here ONLY those cases where the players are honest and there were no bad practices, but they're long-term winners. How the winners could behave in toxic unfair cases?
In other words - there are many agencies masquerading as exchanges operating nowadays. Are real exchanges possible in the foreseeable future?
Thank you.

Re: Orbit account suspended
I will need to write an encyclopaedia to answer all your questions the way they should be answered. I obviously can't. But, very shortly I could highlight some ideas.
1. They won. Bookmakers and states found common interests in the expense of the smart bettor. Their next step, we will see it unfolding in the coming years, is to change the laws in a way that a bettor will NOT be able to find his/her right in court.
2. No. You will not see any real exchange emerging in the coming years. The reason is that smart bettors are able to beat Betfair and Pinnacle. Who would take such a risk to start a business knowing that piranhas will attack him/her?
3. There is no hope in the A.I either. Bookmakers are also using A.I against their clients. This is a fact.
4. If there is any light of hope in the future, this comes from the blockchain and cryptos. Why don't we see a serious blockchain gambling effort yet? Because those interested are focused on the profits coming from the BTC organically. When the price of BTC flattens then we will see a new Blockchain gambling ecosystem emerging, in a way that will bulldoze traditional bookmakers as we know them. This will take time, and I hope I am here to see it happening.
I should keep it short. If I had to get into details I would never finish this thread.
