Hi,
Is funny, because I am always reading that Pinnacle "never close an account" but they ban an IP.
My spanish IP have been banned so I can not login. Is just annoying because I can use a VPN but Pinnacle is a slow platform by itself.
Anyone had a similar experience? Thank you.

Write them about the issue, usually they react very fast and unban the IP if activity is normal.
Of course they reply with a doze of excuses

I am running through AsianConnect and they have fixed it by creating a new account and traspassing the funds. But now I have to use a VPN. Now I will be a mexican guy to Pinny eyes.
I have been using the account normally for months and now I have to hide. Spain is a hostile place to arb. I feel like a ninja.
