Hi all,
Im more than a week trying to make a withdrawal from my pinnacle account.
They asked a proof credit card used to deposit 3 months ago, I've sended the printscreen of my digital card and the accounts keep blocked.
Now they asked me my marriage certificate, already sent too and 7 days after NOBODY from pinnacle awnser my emails or unblock the withdrawal.
The account have 7K USD used to make arbs and pinnacle dont even awnser emails.
Someone is having problems with Pinnacle withdrawals and verifications ?
Any advises?
Pinnacle used to be a safe bookmaker for me but now when I need make a withdrawal its a little strange.

This is my first message because I want to show what is happening. I saw someone posting something like that about other bookmakers so I can post what happening to me right?
I send messages to them everyday and always is the same message "still waiting for an update"
7 days waiting from an update.. sounds strange...

Maybe he/she got different name on CC or ID than from account? Changing name through marriage?

yes, its possible. I know people with different names on their documents due to recent divorce/marriage. You must provide proof of the divorce/marriage during KYC procedures in such cases

Yea, thats it..
My name on card had a last name that I didnt have on ID.
So I send the marriage certificate to proof and was almost 7 days to confirm my account.
Account enabled again.

Guys all working now.
Take care when asking for a withdrawal if you have changed your name by a marriage or something.
I got my money stucked for more than 7 days and my account was previously verified.
