Basically Pinnacle Sports provides their odds feed XML to the public, however not all odds are present there.

Let me show you an example:

If you have e.g Copa America game for today:

Uruguay vs Paraguay

and markets are as follows:

Asian handicap:

Uru pk -0,5 1,877               
Par pk +0,5 2,05

1X2

2,23 - 3,05 - 4,08

U/O Market

over 2 2,18
under 2 1,769

These odds will be visible in every arbitrage software/site as they ARE available in xml feed.

However there are other odds, which you see after you login and change the line. These odds are not present in XML, thus are unavailable for most services. Oddstorm I guess tried to implement them as well, but they face some difficulties on regular basis with Pinnacle stability.

Going to the conclusion - in Surebet Monitor you see these "hidden = available after you log in" odds as well:
